20 minutes preparation
Makes one jar

If there is a secret I should share…. it’s that this granola was mostly eaten by the spoon.
When it comes to chocolate granola my must are :

  • to have big chunks of granola with chocolate
  • to taste that pinch of salt
  • for it to be free from classic sugar

For this recipe, make sure you make a big batch and store it in a glass jar, you’ll be addicted I promise!

Ingredients

  • 60g nuts (I used cashews and walnuts)
  • 200g oats
  • 20g coconut sugar
  • 30g cacao powder
  • 30g coconut
  • 100g maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • a handful of chocolate chips
  • pinch a sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt all the ingredients in a pot (coconut oil, coconut sugar, cacao powder and maple syrup), pour over the oats and the nuts
  2. Roast for 20m at 180C
  3. Add some chocolate chips, then bake for 5 more minutes
  4. Add some sea salt
  5. Let it cool down and separate into chunks!
