Born in Belgium, raised in South of France, I’ve had a passion for baking, cooking and quality ingredients and off the track products since I was a kid. Cooking and baking has been my obsession since I can remember.
I decided a few years ago, after getting my law degree, to follow this passion for food and hospitality and to get both professional experience and technical degree in that field,
After working at San Bruxelles and L’Air du temps** I followed a 2 years chocolatier confiseur training in brussels…leading up to some amazing experiences at Callebaut academy, Jerome Grimonpon chocolatier, and Melissa Coppel in Las Vegas (USA).
While I worked in some of the most recognised restaurants, I turned to the digital world where I could share her experiences, convictions, and honest take on wellbeing, chocolate—alongside recipes that reflected my unique take on food and the culinary world.
