Makes 6 to 8 cookies

This recipe is perfect when you have an intense cookie craving and don’t want to spend 2 hours making them !
It’s glutenfree, dairy free, refined sugar free and only calls for 4 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut sugar (sub any sugar)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (feel free to use any nut/seed butter!)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips
  3. Roll into cookie dough balls and slightly flatten the top
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes (depending how large you make them) and let cool completely before enjoying!
